- All online orders placed by customers are considered final, and cancellations will only be accepted if they are requested at least 24 hours prior to the selected delivery date and time.
- If a customer wishes to cancel an order after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, they have the option to receive a credit for a future purchase or choose to pay a refund fee based on a percentage of the order total.
- If a customer wishes to request a change in the delivery date and time, we kindly ask them to contact us promptly to make necessary arrangements. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order.
- Deliveries within the curb line and on the property are conducted at the client’s own risk, and we do not accept responsibility for any damages related to the delivery.
- Delivery trucks are required to have a minimum entry clearance of 14 feet and a minimum clearance for unloading materials of 26 feet.
- The customer will receive notification of any changes, as the selected delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed.
- Additional charges may be applicable for deliveries to areas with hilly terrain, rugged pavements, or narrow streets.
- In the event that we are unable to complete the delivery when the delivery truck arrives at the specified location, the customer responsible for the purchase will incur a restocking fee, regardless of the reason.
- Please note that certain items may appear slightly different from their online representations due to specific locations, weather conditions, and other influencing factors.
- Regrettably, we do not accept returns once the delivery has been successfully completed.
