TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation and Changes:

• Cancellations: Requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
• Changes: Contact us promptly for delivery date/time adjustments. Late changes may incur fees.

Delivery:

• Risk: Deliveries are at customer’s risk. We’re not liable for any property damage.
• Truck Requirements: Minimum 14-foot entry clearance and 26-foot unloading clearance.
• Delivery Confirmation: We’ll notify you of any changes. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Additional Fees: May apply for challenging locations (hills, rough roads, narrow streets).
• Failed Delivery: A restocking fee will be charged if we can’t complete the delivery.

Product Appearance:

• Variations: Product appearance may differ due to location, weather, etc.
• No Returns: Returns are not accepted after delivery.

Refunds:

Emergencies: Full refunds are issued for genuine, severe emergencies only.
